Description
The 20-Valent Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine is designed for adults aged 18 and older, aimed at preventing invasive diseases and pneumonia caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae. It includes the original 13 serotypes (1, 3, 4, 5, 6A, 6B, 7F, 9V, 14, 18C, 19A, 19F, 23F) and adds 7 additional serotypes (8, 10A, 11A, 12F, 15B, 22F, 33F) linked to aggressive pneumococcal infections, high mortality, and antibiotic resistance. Approved by the FDA in 2023, it is the most comprehensive conjugate pneumococcal vaccine to date.

Recommended vaccination population:
- For *high-risk group* age 18 or older

Vaccination guidelines:
- Only one injection is required for patients over 18 years old.
Our doctor will first evaluate the condition of clients and decides to inject or not, and then will be injected by our professional registered nurse. After injection, the antibody is effective for a long period of time. No repeated vaccination is necessary. Needle pain and redness may occur after injection.
* High-risk situations * include:
- have had invasive pneumococcal disease
- Lack of immune function:
- Spleen-free, AIDS, primary immunodeficiency
- Lack of immune function related to cancer and organ transplants
- Lack of immune function related to the use of immunosuppressants or steroids
- Chronic diseases:
- Chronic heart, lung, liver or kidney disease
- Leakage of diabetes or cerebrospinal fluid
- Cochlear implant
(High blood pressure itself is not a high-risk situation)

- Customers will receive a confirmation email for successful payment after purchasing a vaccination from the Trinity Medical Centre online store. Trinity Medical Centre will contact customers during subsequent business hours to schedule the time and location for the vaccination appointment. - This package is exclusively available on Trinity Medical Centre’s online store and must be conducted at designated Trinity Medical Centres. It cannot be used with other promotions. The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for full or partial cash value.
- Customers are required to make an appointment for and complete the first dose of the vaccine within 90 days from the date of purchase. If the vaccine requires only a single dose, it must be completed within this timeframe. All vaccinations (multi-dose) must be completed within 6 months from the date of the first dose; otherwise, they will become void.
- If this voucher or the confirmation email is lost or stolen, we will not accept any liability and will not provide any reissue in such case.
- All customers must present identification documents and the successful payment confirmation email during registration at the centre to be eligible for the service.
- If a parent or guardian purchases the service for a minor, the service user must accompany the parent or guardian to the centre for the examination.
