- Upon receiving the confirmation email, customers have to make an appointment for the first treatment and receive the first treatment within 3 months. Customer shall make an appointment for each treatment no less than 3 days in advance and complete all treatments within 24 months from the date of receiving the first treatment. Please present the confirmation email for identification purpose on the day of appointment.
- If this voucher is lost or stolen, we will not accept any liability and will not provide any reissue in such case.
