- Trinity Medical Centre will contact customers to schedule a Traditional Chinese Medicine consultation on the subsequent business hours.
- Upon receiving this confirmation email, customers may also contact Trinity Medical Centre for an appointment.

Terms & Conditions:
- If you decide not to proceed with the service after the doctor’s consultation, a consultation fee of HK$150 will be charged.
- Traditional Chinese Medicine consultation service is only available at Trinity Medical Centre (Tsim Sha Tsui).
- Traditional Chinese Medicine consultation service is are strictly by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
- Upon receiving the confirmation email, customers have to make an appointment for Traditional Chinese Medicine consultation within 1 month. Customer shall make an appointment for the consultation no less than 3 days in advance. Please present the confirmation email for identification purpose on the day of appointment.
- Nong’s® Concentrated Chinese Medicine Granules are a prescription medication and must be used under a doctor’s supervision. Please do not purchase or use it on your own. Patients must see a doctor at our clinic before pickup, with a prior appointment required.
