• This treatment is available at Central, Causeway Bay, or Tsim Sha Tsui centre only
• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, it is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for full or partial cash or other treatments.
• Upon receiving the confirmation email, customers have to make an appointment for the first treatment and receive the first treatment within 3 months. Customer shall make an appointment for each treatment no less than 3 days in advance and complete all treatments within 12 months from the date of receiving the first treatment. Please present the confirmation email for identification purpose on the day of appointment.
• If this voucher is lost or stolen, we will not accept any liability and will not provide any reissue in such case.
• Trinity Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to amend the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
• In case of any disputes, Trinity Medical Aesthetics reserves all rights for final decision.
