What is BOTOX® ?
- BOTOX® is FDA approved.
- It is a purified protein complex extracted from bacterium Clostridium Botulinum.
- Nerve cells transmit signals for muscle contraction, causing dynamic wrinkles.
- BOTOX® can reduce tension caused by muscle contraction, and relax facial muscles which cause dynamic wrinkles.
- Repeating treatment with BOTOX® helps smooth away dynamic wrinkles naturally, looks young and seamlessly.

- This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, it is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for full or partial cash or other treatments.
- Upon receiving the confirmation email, customers have to make an appointment for the first treatment and receive the first treatment within 3 months. Customer shall make an appointment for each treatment no less than 3 days in advance and complete all treatments within 12 months from the date of receiving the first treatment. Please present the confirmation email for identification purpose on the day of appointment.
- If this voucher is lost or stolen, we will not accept any liability and will not provide any reissue in such case.
