Description
With aging and modern lifestyle changes, many people face the risk of bone loss, especially postmenopausal women, those on long-term medications, and sedentary office workers. Unhealthy lifestyle habits such as smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, and poor nutrition can accelerate the development of osteoporosis. Our Corporate Exclusive Bone Health Screening, through advanced bone density testing and professional assessment, helps you detect potential bone issues early. Our medical team will provide comprehensive nutritional advice and exercise guidance based on your individual circumstances, helping you establish a healthy lifestyle to prevent fracture risks. Schedule your screening today and let us help safeguard your bone health.
Corporate Exclusive-Bone Health Screening
Suitable for:
- Adults aged 50 and above: As people age, the risk of bone loss and osteoporosis increases, so regular check-ups are important.
- Postmenopausal women: Women experience a significant drop in bone density in the years after menopause, so they require close monitoring.
- People with a history of bone fractures: Those who have previously experienced bone fractures are more prone to osteoporosis and need regular assessments of bone health.
- People taking medications that affect bone health long-term: Such as glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants, which require monitoring of bone density changes.
- Those who are bedridden or physically inactive for long periods: Lack of weight-bearing exercise can accelerate bone loss, so active monitoring is necessary.
- Those with poor nutrition or excessive smoking and drinking: These habits can adversely impact bone health.
- Individuals with a family history of osteoporosis: Genetic factors are an important determinant of bone density.
- Those with thyroid dysfunction or pituitary disorders: These conditions can lead to secondary osteoporosis.
Regular bone density tests help to identify potential bone problems early and allow for appropriate preventive or treatment measures. Doctors will recommend the optimal frequency of testing based on individual circumstances.
